The following are the steps to search for an added/issued Appearance Bond.
Before you start:

From the MAIN MENU, click the Process Search button.
The PROCESS SEARCH screen displays defaulted to a search by File Number. Either enter the File Number of the initiating process (case), or select another search option from the Search for process by dropdown.
Note: If the number is available, a search by Process Number of the Appearance Bond is the most efficient. |
The PROCESS SEARCH screen will display based on your search option selection. Enter search criteria and click the Search button.

The results of your search will display as follows:
If File Number or Process Number of the initiating process (case) was the search option, the CASE SUMMARY TAB VIEW of the process will display.
If the Appearance Bond Process Number was the search option, the APPEARANCE BOND TAB VIEW will display directly (your search/retrieval is complete).
If any other search option was selected, the PROCESS SEARCH RESULTS screen will display with the results from the search. Select the radio button of a returned process and click the Select button. The CASE SUMMARY TAB VIEW of the selected process will display.
Note: A new search can be initiated by clicking the Search Again button. |
From the CASE SUMMARY TAB VIEW of the case, click the APPEARANCE BOND tab.

The APPEARANCE BOND tab displays.
To view an Appearance Bond in detail, select the radio button of a Bond and click the View Bond button (the APPEARANCE BOND TAB VIEW will display.)
To add/issue a new Appearance Bond, click the Add Bond button.
To edit an Appearance Bond, select the radio button of a Bond and click the Edit Bond button.
To delete an Appearance Bond, select the radio button of a Bond and click the Delete Bond button.
