Process Search by File or Process Number

When searching for a process from the MAIN MENU or Process Tracking, the most accurate process searches available are by File Number (CR, CRS, TMP) or Process Number. These search options bypass the SEARCH RESULTS screen and instead take the user directly to the process. The following are the steps to search for a process both by File Number or Process Number.

Before you start:

Search by File Number

  1. From the MAIN MENU, click the Search for a Process link.

  2. The PROCESS SEARCH screen displays defaulted to a Search for process by: File Number. The County field is defaulted to the county of the current user ID. Keep or change the County dropdown and enter the File Number of the process (case).

  3. Once completed entering the above fields, click the Search button.
