Process Search using Other Numbers or Status

When searching for a process from the MAIN MENU or Process Tracking, there are search options involving various process identification numbers. Also, there is a search option that uses process status as the main criteria. Details related to these searches are documented below.

Before you start:

  • All searches listed below begin with the initial step of selecting the Search for a Process link from the MAIN MENU.

  • Unserved processes converted from ACIS will display either "Verified - MM/DD/YYYY" or "Not Verified" next to the status in the PROCESS SEARCH RESULTS screen.

 
 

Process Search by Arrest Number or Citation Number

  1. The PROCESS SEARCH screen displays defaulted to a Search for process by: File Number. Select either Arrest Number or Citation Number from the Search for process by dropdown.

  2. The PROCESS SEARCH screen refreshes based on the selection made in the above step.

  3. (Search by Arrest Number only) Select arresting agency information from the Agency County  and Agency Type fields. Select the Agency Name if available.

  4. Enter a value into the Arrest Number or Citation Number fields and then click the Search button.

Note: If no process is returned from the search, this indicates an incorrect or nonexistent number was used in the search.

 
 

Process Search by Local Case Number

  1. The PROCESS SEARCH screen displays defaulted to a Search for process by: File Number. Select Local Case Number from the Search for process by dropdown.

  2. The PROCESS SEARCH/Local Case Number screen displays. Enter the following data:

Once completed entering data into the above fields, click the Search button.
 

Note:  If no process is returned from the search, this indicates an incorrect or nonexistent number was used in the search.

 

 

Process Search by Status

  1. The PROCESS SEARCH screen displays defaulted to a Search for process by: File Number. Select Process Status from the Search for process by dropdown.

  2. The PROCESS SEARCH/Process Status screen displays. Enter the following data:

Once completed entering data into the above fields, click the Search button.

Once the Search button from any of the above searches is clicked, the PROCESS SEARCH RESULTS screen displays, listing all processes returned from the search. 

To access a returned process, select the radio button of a process and click the Select button. Either the CASE SUMMARY TAB VIEW (status = Unserved or Served) or PROCESS TAB VIEW (status = Incomplete or Complete) of the selected process displays.

For Process Tracking, the PROCESS TRACKING HISTORY  screen for the process displays.
