When searching for a process from the MAIN MENU or Process Tracking, a useful option is to search by the user who entered (added) or issued the process. Below are the steps to search for a process by both the issuing or entering user.
Before you start:

From the MAIN MENU, click the Search for a Process link.
The PROCESS SEARCH screen displays defaulted to a Search for process by: File Number. Select either Issued By or Entered By from the Search for process by dropdown.
The PROCESS SEARCH screen displays based on the selection made in the above step. Enter data into the following required and additional fields:
(Case) County, Agency County (Entered By only), Agency Type (Entered By only), Agency Name (Entered By only), Last Name, Self button, First Name, Start Date of Process, End Date of Process, Process Status Type
After all required fields are selected and other available search fields entered, click the Search button.
The Authorizing User Search ResultS screen displays, listing the users returned from the search. Select the radio button of a user and click the Select button.

The PROCESS SEARCH RESULTS screen displays with all processes either issued or entered by (depending on selection in Step #2) the selected user (note).
To access a returned process, select the radio button of a process and click the Select button.
Either the CASE SUMMARY TAB VIEW (status = Unserved or Served) or PROCESS TAB VIEW (status = Incomplete or Complete) of the selected process displays.
For subsequent processes, the RELEASE ORDER TAB VIEW, APPEARANCE BOND TAB VIEW, or ORDER FOR ARREST TAB VIEW displays.

Tips on Searching
If your initial search yields no, or unexpected, returns review your search criteria for inaccuracies and click the Search Again button. (Note: The Last Name and First Name fields search by exact match only. )
If your search yields a large amount of returns, enter more criteria in the search (i.e. more known search fields).
