Main Menu of NCAWARE

The MAIN MENU is the first screen displayed after logging in, and is where all NCAWARE functions and processes are initiated. Below are the details of all MAIN MENU options available to a user.

Before you start:

  • Your User Role determines what functions and processes are available to you from the MAIN MENU. Any actions unavailable to your role will not display.

  • If your NCAWARE role is one of the following: Magistrate, Clerk/Full, Clerk/Limited, District Attorney, or Judge and you are connected to NCAWARE via the Internet (as opposed to the Intranet or VPN), your rights will be limited to the Inquiry role.   

 

  1. Perform the initial steps to log into NCAWARE.

Note: If this is your initial log in and you have not set your User Defaults, you will be automatically directed to the USER DEFAULT screen to do so. The MAIN MENU will automatically display once these are submitted. You cannot access the MAIN MENU until your user defaults have been set.

  1. The MAIN MENU displays. Here are the possible functions and processes available (based on your User Role). Click on a link name for related topics:
