Inquiry Role

Inquiry - This role is designed for use by law enforcement and clerk of court staff for whom add and update capabilities are unnecessary, but still require NCAWARE access. It provides the ability to view all process, Master Name, and function data with the exception of the following:

• Involuntary Commitments

• Master Person - Known Associates and Gang

• Master Person - Notes

• Master Person - Medical Conditions (found in Scars, Marks, and Tattoos section)

• Master Gang

 This role provides no add, edit, or delete capabilities.
