Status is the current state of an entered process determined by the latest action performed on the process, either by a user or via an interface. The types and flow of status are determined by the process type in question:
Summons, Warrants: Incomplete > Complete > Unserved > Served
Orders (not including OFA, but including Orders based on Citations): Incomplete > Complete > Served
Summons, Warrants and Orders can also have a status of Denied and No Serve
Unserved Summons and Warrants can also have a sub-status of Paper and Verified/Not Verified

Appearance Bonds: Incomplete > Issued
The above two process types can also have a status of Inactive

OFA (Single Defendant): Complete > Unserved > Served
OFA (Multiple Defendant): Unserved (an Unserved OFA for each Defendant) > Served
OFAs can also have a status of No Serve
