Add a Person Image

NCAWARE allows for images to be attached to Person records. The image will display on the demographics tab of the PERSON TAB VIEW any time a Person record is viewed (from MAIN MENU, from a process, etc.)  Below are the steps to add (upload) an image to a Person record.

Before you start:

  • Only image files of type .jpg or .jpeg can be attached to a Person record.

  • When an image is added to a Person record with a previously attached image, the newest image will replace the existing one in the DEMOGRAPHICS tab.

  • NCAWARE will not allow identical images to be added. An error message is returned in these situations.

  • The images replaced during the add of a new image are maintained by NCAWARE. See View a Person Image for Help on viewing archived images.
