Tips on Searching
If your initial search yields no, or unexpected, returns, click the Search Again button and use less search criteria (i.e. less fields, less characters in a field).
If your search yields minimal or no returns and you are using a search by Exact Match on All Criteria, click the Search Again button and use the same fields in a search by Begins With.
If your search yields a large amount of returns, enter more criteria in the search (i.e. more known search fields, more characters in fields), or try a search by Exact Match on All Criteria.
