Edit Person Image Information

Once an image is added (attached) to a Person record, the image can be deleted or the accompanying image data (Date Image Taken, Image Type) can be edited. The following steps demonstrate how to edit the image information.

Before you start:

  • Only the user (or proxy thereof) who originally added the image, their LDA, or a Clerk can edit the image data.

  • Both the Date Image Taken and Image Type fields are required and cannot be set to a blank.

 

    1. A Person Search is initiated from the MAIN MENU or a process.

    2. From the SEARCH RESULTS screen, select the radio button of the Person record and click the Edit button.

    3. The selected Person record displays with the DEMOGRAPHICS tab defaulted. Click the Image Maintenance button.

    4. The IMAGE DETAILS screen displays:

      • If the Person record has only one image, click the Edit Image Info button.

      • If the Person record has multiple images, use the Next button to display the image to be edited. Once the image is found, then click the Edit Image Info button.

    1. Perform the edits to the Date Image Taken and/or Image Type and click the Edit button.

The IMAGE DETAILS screen returns displaying the edited image. Click Cancel to return to the Person record.
