Delete a Person Image

Once an image is added (attached) to a Person record, the image can be edited or simply deleted from the record. The following are the steps to delete an image.

Before you start:

  • Only the user (or proxy thereof) who originally added the Image, their LDA, any Clerk, or the SSA can delete an Image.

 

    1. A Person Search is initiated from the MAIN MENU or a process.

    2. From the SEARCH RESULTS screen, select the radio button of the Person record and click the Edit button.

    3. The selected Person record displays with the DEMOGRAPHICS tab defaulted. Select the Image Maintenance button.

    4. The IMAGE DETAILS screen displays:

      • If the Person record has only one image, click the Delete Image button.

      • If the Person record has multiple images, use the  Next button to display the image to be deleted. Once the image is found click the Delete Image button.

    1. The IMAGE DETAILS screen refreshes for confirmation of the delete. Review the image and click the Delete button.

The IMAGE DETAILS screen returns with the deleted image no longer displayed.
