Process Tracking is the section of NCAWARE containing functions related to the assignment, forwarding, updating, and viewing of outstanding processes assigned to law enforcement agencies.
On initiating processes that receive a status of Unserved upon issuance, the issuing authority is required to assign the service of the process to a law enforcement agency. Once assigned to the agency, the service of the process can be assigned to a LEO, forwarded to another agency, updated, or the process history viewed by that agency.
Other functions are also available:
The ability to generate a list of processes assigned to an agency
The ability to generate a report of processes locally assigned to Officers in the agency
Below are the steps to generate both of these options.
Before you start:
|
From the MAIN MENU, click the Track a Process link.
The PROCESS TRACKING MENU screen displays. Click the List or Report on Processes for an Agency link.
The GROUP SEARCH screen displays. This screen contains many "filter" options (fields used to define search results). Here are the available fields:

*To improve overall system performance, the NCAOC provides the Converted Pending Acceptance report to each Law Enforcement Agency at county go-live and upon special request.
