The SUMMARY tab of a Criminal Summons contains a synopsis of process details. The SUMMARY tab can be used to view these details. Also, the SUMMARY tab allows for issuing a Fugitive Warrant and for editing of Summary details. Below are the steps to edit the Summary details.
Before you start:
|
After searching for and retrieving a Fugitive Warrant, or adding a new Fugitive Warrant, the PROCESS TAB VIEW of the Warrant will display. Click on the SUMMARY tab (if the process is retrieved from a search, this will be the default tab.)
Note: If the process status is Unserved, the CASE SUMMARY TAB VIEW will instead display defaulted to the ORIGINAL PROCESS tab. Click the View Process button from this tab. The PROCESS TAB VIEW of the Warrant will then display, defaulted to the SUMMARY tab. |
The SUMMARY tab displays with all previously entered Summary information. Click the Edit Summary button.
