View Bondsmen and Bond Details

The BOND DETAIL tab on the APPEARANCE BOND TAB VIEW displays Bond data related to Bondsmen and posted bond (surety). The data available from this tab includes:

• Release Condition and Bond Amount

• Split bond indicator

• Arrestable Restrictions,  Additional Information

• Issued By,  Date of Execution of Bond

• Surety Assignment - Total Secured Bond Amount,  Total Amount Posted,  Total Amount Remaining  

• Bondsman (or Bondsmen, if a split bond) and related details. To view a specific surety, click the radio button of a surety and click the View Surety button.

Here are the steps to view Bondsmen and Bond Details:

1. While adding an Appearance Bond, or after searching and retrieving a Bond (via the View Bond button), click on the BOND DETAIL tab from the APPEARANCE BOND TAB VIEW.
