When an edit of Defendant information on a process is performed after the process is issued, it is possible to simultaneously print all of the processes affected by the edits. Due to the possibility of several different process types being involved in a print, the rules and flow of a multiple print are slightly different than a print of a single process. Here are the steps.
Before you start:
|
The PROCESS PRINT screen displays, listing all processes to be printed and any related forms. The following fields are possible based on the processes being printed:
Revocation Order (CVR-02), Affidavit - No License (CVR-08), Order to Surrender License (CR-341), Fugitive Affidavit, Supplemental Information Sheet/Summary, Subpoena
Original Copy, County Original For, Agency Type Original For, Agency Name Original For
Make changes to any defaulted Copy and other checkboxes (including the checkbox of any processes or forms to be printed), then click either the Print Direct button (to send the print job directly to the printer), or Create Document button (to view an electronic versions of the documents before printing).

The results are based on which print option (button) was selected:
Print Direct - All selected copy types of the processes, and any related forms that were selected, are sent to the printer. During printing, an electronic version of each document is temporarily displayed. When the print job is completed, you are returned to the PROCESS PRINT screen.
Create Document - An electronic version of the processes, and any related forms that were selected, is displayed. Review the electronic documents:
If they are satisfactory as far as printing is concerned (margins, page layout, etc.), then click the Print icon . This will send the print job to the printer.
From the displayed PRINT screen, adjust the settings as necessary and then click the OK button. The adjusted print job is sent to the printer. Close the screen displaying the electronic version to return to the PROCESS PRINT screen.
