View an Offense Code

For research and review purposes, it is possible to search for and retrieve existing Offenses in a view-only mode. The following are the steps.

1. From the MAIN MENU, click the Offense Codes Maintenance - SSA link.

2. The OFFENSE code SEARCH screen displays. Search for the Offense to be viewed.

3. The OFFENSE code SEARCH RESULTS screen displays with the returned records. Select the radio button of an Offense and click the View button.

The OFFENSE code DETAILS screen displays with the selected Offense. These are the displayed fields:

• Offense Code

• Offense Type,  Law Type,  Statute/Code

• Offense Short Description,  Long Description

• Offense Effective From Date,  Offense Effective Through Date
