An offense code cannot be deleted if it has been previously used on any process.

If the previously used condition exists, display ERROR, "This Offense Code has been used on a Process and cannot be deleted – it can only be expired or made No Longer Available."

Delete all associated Titles and associated information.

Display a WARNING, “The Offense and all Offense Titles associated with it will be marked ‘No Longer Available’.  If the Offense is made ‘Available’ subsequently, the status of the individual Titles will have to be modified individually as needed”.
