View Offenses on Appearance Bond

The OFFENSES tab contains the Offenses related to an Appearance Bond. The Offenses are defaulted to this tab from the initiating process when a Bond is added. Here are the steps to view the Offenses:

Before you start:

Offense data can only be viewed from an Appearance Bond. Edits, deletes, or adds of Offenses are disallowed.

1. While adding an Appearance Bond, or after searching and retrieving a Bond (via the View Bond button), click on the OFFENSES tab from the APPEARANCE BOND TAB VIEW.

The OFFENSES tab displays with a list of all Offenses on the case/Appearance Bond. The following are the details displayed for each Offense:

Offense Title, Statute/Code, Offense Code, Offense Type, Class, Count
