View and Print a NCIC Entered Report

 

Law enforcement users can generate and print a report of all processes that their (or another) agency has flagged in NCAWARE as "NCIC Entered." This report is designed to assist law enforcement in synchronizing NCAWARE case events (ex. service of a process) with the NCIC system. Below are the steps to generate and print this report.


Before you start:

  • This report is only available to law enforcement users and the State System Administrator.

  • The report returns all processes where any LEO in the searched for agency has flagged processes "NCIC Entered" in Process Tracking but where no subsequent "NCIC Removed" action has been performed.

  • Important: Information provided on this report is based solely on data entered into NCAWARE. NCAWARE does not search the NCIC database.

  • No NCIC information is available on deleted or expunged processes.  

 

 

  1. From the MAIN MENU, click the NCIC Entered Report link under the Reports area.

  2. The NCIC Entered Process search screen displays.  This screen contains several "filter" options (fields used to define search results). Here are the available fields:

Enter search criteria into the required fields, and any of the optional fields, and click the Search button.
