Before you start:

From the MAIN MENU, click the Add a Process link.
The ADD A PROCESS menu displays. Select the Involuntary Commitment radio button then select the Create A Process button.

*Respondent, Add Respondent (button), Edit Respondent (button)
Nearest Relative, Add Nearest Relative (button), Edit Nearest Relative (button)
*Petitioner, Add Petitioner (button), Edit Petitioner (button)
Enter all required and relevant fields. Once completed, click either the Print Direct button (to send the process directly to the printer) or Create Document button (to view an electronic copy of the process before printing).

If Print Direct is selected, the Commitment will print. If Create Document was selected, review the electronic version:
If changes are needed, close the electronic form and edit the Commitment. Once completed, print the Commitment again.
If the documents are satisfactory, then click the Print icon . The PRINT window will display. Click the OK button. This will send the print job to the printer
