Add Myself as a LEO Complainant

If you are a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) and are adding (pre-entering) a process where you will appear as a Complainant, the following are the steps to quickly add yourself as a LEO Complainant.

Before you start:

  • A process requires a Complainant be added or assigned before the process can have a status of Complete.

  • When a LEO is assigned as a Complainant, the LEO will be added as an Active State Witness with a Subpoena requirement determined by the LEO's county profile.

  • Only Sworn LEOs are allowed access to the Add Self function.

    1. From the process being added, select the COMPLAINANT tab of the process.

    2. From the COMPLAINANT tab, click the Add Self button.

    3. The COMPLAINANT ASSIGNMENT screen displays with your current user's details populated. Update the information, if necessary, then click the Add button.
