OFA - Case Summary Tab View

This is the default view of an OFA when retrieved from Statewide Warrant Search:

The screen is similar to the CASE SUMMARY TAB VIEW but contains one more tab. The two available tabs are:

• The ORIGINAL PROCESS tab, which contains information on the initiating process associated with the Unserved OFA. The information displayed on this tab is identical to the CASE SUMMARY TAB VIEW.

• The OFA tab, which contains information about the Unserved OFA(s) on the case. The displayed fields are:

• • Issue Date,  Process Number,  Status/Paper Copy Verification,  Bond Type,  Bond Amount,  Date Failed to Appear,  OFA Reason,  Custody Directive,  Related Cases

To display more OFA details, select an OFA and click the View OFA button. The ORDER FOR ARREST TAB VIEW of the selected OFA will display.
