View Person Prior Processes

The PRIOR PROCESSES tab is where issued processes on which the person is a Defendant are stored. The tab allows for quick access to these processes.

Notes:

  • The prior processes tab will only display for NCAWARE Person records.

  • Only arrestable processes/Summons where the person appears as a Defendant and are issued (For NCAWARE process records: status = Unserved, Served, or No Serve) will display.
 
 

The processes will display in order of status with Unserved processes displayed at the top. These are the displayed fields:
