The county will be the same county of the user’s jurisdiction and will be populated based on the user profile.

The format of the File Number is "YYTMPNNNNNN" where YY = Year and NNNNNN = Sequence Number.  e.g. "05TMP050000" or "99TMP000197".  

The format for the Process Number is "YYTMPN" where YY = Year and N = Sequence Number.  e.g. "05TMP500" or "99TMP2002131120".
