When maintaining Process Tracking Folders for an agency. |

The local data administrator for the LEO role can only maintain process tracking levels, folders, and officers within their own agency. |

When searching for a LEO |
|
The system will search on the text entered for Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name based on the Search Option selected - either 'Soundex' or 'Begins With'. For "Begins With" searches of Middle Names, records should be returned that match the ‘begins with’ criteria in addition to records with no Middle Name. All other fields entered will be added to the search as an exact match.
Officers with a LEO Record Status of Inactive are excluded from search results obtained when adding LEOs to Process Tracking folders.
