When maintaining Process Tracking Folders for an agency.

 

The local data administrator for the LEO role can only maintain process tracking levels, folders, and officers within their own agency.

If the name already exists for the agency, then display error message: "Level Name already exists".

When adding or editing Process Tracking Folders for an agency.

 

If a folder of the same name already exists, for the specified  "<New Level Name and Folder Name> already exists within <Parent Level Name and Folder>."parent folder, then display error: (Ex Message: Route North already exists within Area Downtown).

The folder or officer cannot be deleted if any “unserved” processes are assigned to that folder or officer.  Display error message “Unable to delete folder or officer because unserved processes are assigned.”

The Custom Name or Level Number associated with the folder also changes.  E.g . If the Levels Area/Route/Beat are defined and a Beat 1 folder is moved up to Area North, then it will now be displayed as Route 1.

When searching for a LEO

 

The system will search on the text entered for Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name based on the Search Option selected - either 'Soundex' or 'Begins With'.  For "Begins With" searches of Middle Names, records should be returned that match the ‘begins with’ criteria in addition to records with no Middle Name.  All other fields entered will be added to the search as an exact match.  

 

Officers with a LEO Record Status of Inactive are excluded from search results obtained when adding LEOs to Process Tracking folders.

When the user has initiated a Person Search, Business Search or LEO Search

 

 

The search button will be disabled until the screen is refreshed or the user changes any search criteria on the screen.
