|
The following rules are applied: Data maintained in NCAWARE will display ‘System Maintained: NCAWARE’ Data maintained in ACIS will display ‘System Maintained: ACIS’ Data maintained in the 'Magistrate System' will display ‘System Maintained: MWCM’
For the records coming from ACIS, the following rules can be used to determine between ACIS and MWCM: ‘MWCM’ if CR number is 50,000 or greater (exception list will be provided for larger counties) and the outstanding process is NOT an OFA. ‘ACIS’ if CR number is less than 50,000 (exception list will be provided for larger counties). ‘ACIS’ if outstanding process is an OFA and not included in the results from NCAWARE. (Note: CR number range rule will not be applied because OFA is assigned the same CR number as the original process).
Another alternative for determining between ACIS and MWCM is to use the Creation_ID. If the Creation_ID begins with 'M', then the Magistrate created and maintains the record. |
