When editing User Defaults
 

User Defaults can only be edited after a User ID and a security profile for the user has been assigned.

If the user logged in is a Local Data Administrator
 

The user search is limited to users within the same agency and in the same role.

Note: The Agency field will be displayed instead of county field on the User Search screen. The dropdown values for the “Role” field will be only the role of the user logged in.

Example:  If the user logged in is a magistrate, display only “Magistrate”.
