When submitting a Business Merge Request
 

The two Business records selected for a merge cannot be the same Business record.

The criteria for a duplicate is:  business name, address, and location. 

If the above criteria is same for both the records, display message: “Error: The Business Record selected for ‘Into this record’ is the same as the ‘Merge’ Business. Please select another ‘Into’ Business.”

If a Business Merge Request has previously been submitted for the two records, display this message: “Error: A Merge Request has already been submitted for these two records.”
