When adding a note to a master person
 		   Only an authorized LEO can add a note in master person records.

When deleting multiple notes for a person in the Notes tab
 		   The user repeats the delete process to delete multiple records for notes.

When editing or deleting notes information for a person
 		   Only the LEO user who entered the note or their agency local data administrator would be authorized to edit or delete.

When adding and viewing other notes information
 		   Only the LEO user would add and view both types of precautionary and investigative notes.  

LEO users will be able to advise the magistrate verbally of precautionary issues.

When adding a note type of ‘Precautionary’ or ‘Notification Requested’ to a Person Detail record and the Person Detail record is selected by a user other than a LEO
 		   The person detail record will display an indicator to alert the user a note is associated with the person selected and LEO should be contacted.

Note: The indicator will appear as an information message on the Person Detail tab until the notification is removed from the person record.
