When assigning a Defendant to a Process.

The following fields are required if defendant is a person on magistrate order (MO, MOGC, MOALE, MOWL, FO): Last Name, Race, Sex and DOB or Age. Error Msg:  Last Name, Race, Sex and DOB or Age are required fields for a Defendant (person).  

Note:  Only display in the error message the fields that are missing.

The system will generate another search of existing database names to determine if a person with the same identifiers already exists.

If only some of the specified data elements match, the system takes the user to the Person Selection List.
