When selecting the Prior Process Tab.

The prior processes listed will only show Arrestable Processes and Summons where the person was a defendant on the case the process  is Issued (those with a status of Unserved, Served,  or No Serve) .

(Ex: If the defendant has three cases Case 1 and Case 2 and Case 3 and is a defendant on two cases and a complainant on the third case. If he is selected as a defendant on Case 4, we display Case1 and Case 2 in the prior processes Tab and not the Case 3 since he is not a defendant on that case).

If the process is in an ‘Unserved’ status and has a sub-status of ‘Paper’

Display as ‘Unserved-Paper’ on all status fields.  On Process Search Results do not display sub-status of ‘Paper’

If an Unserved-Paper process is served or the sub-status is electronic

Do not display the sub-status.

When a WFA, WCW, FW, CS, CSWC or OFA has an ‘Unserved’ status and the Process Tracking Assignment is an agency flagged as ‘Not on NCAWARE’

The process will have a sub-status of ‘Paper’ that will appear as part of the ‘Process Status’ field.  Example:  Unserved – Paper
