The offense date cannot be changed to a date that invalidates defendant’s age on a process. (i.e. the defendant cannot be less than 16 years of age unless the defendant is an Emancipated Juvenile or the case is to be tried at the Superior Court level.  The defendant can never be less than 13 years of age at date of offense.)

Otherwise, display message “Error: New Offense Dates not valid for defendant age”.
