When adding a new offense code to the system
 

The offense code and statute/code must be unique for the county.

When adding a new offense code to the system
 

The statute/code must not be used by another AOC offense code in the county or statewide.  Error Message: “Offense code and statute/code already exists”.

When adding an offense to a process
 

The process can have maximum of 3 offenses attached, but must have a minimum of 1 offense.

The ADD button will not be displayed if three offense codes exist.
