050000".  The File Numbers are a range of numbers generated for each county.

If Probable Cause is “No” on all offenses of a manually created Magistrate Order based on a Citation (MO GC, MO ABC/ALE, MO WL) entered through the “Add manually created process” flow

Display message “Error: Manually created Magistrate Order based on Citation without probable cause on any offense must be entered directly into ACIS.”

Once a process is denied (by submitting the Summary Detail screen with Probable Cause set to ‘No’ for all offenses)
