The system will generate any subpoenas requested only at the time of process issuance.  The generated subpoenas will then be available for printing.  All information required to print the Subpoena will be used when it is generated.  This includes:  Defendants Name, Name/Address/Phone of Person Subpoenaed, Court Information (i.e. Court Date, Court Room, Court Session), Subpoena instructions, and Issue Date.

The offense date cannot be changed to a date that invalidates defendant’s age on a process. (i.e. The defendant cannot be less than 16 years of age unless the defendant is an Emancipated Juvenile or the case is to be tried at the Superior Court level. The defendant can never be less than 13 years of age at date of offense).

If not, display message “Error: New Offense Dates not valid for defendant age”.

Only the person that issued the process or someone with authority (proxy) acting as the magistrate, the LDA or any clerk with authority can make updates.
